Windows XP doesn't show this delay either, and an older kernel doesn't
seem to be affected by this, as I've stated in the duplicate bug.

that is right fix.
looks like you like to put the cover back to hide the bug.
need to root cause why some BARs are cleared when ACPI subsystem is enabled.
