it never worked for me in dapper, i tested since flight 5. in breezy it works
as it should.$
i would like to add that it shuts down the computer correctly 30% of the time.
but most of the time it does not.

i would like to add that it has been fixes for some people, like me. i
had that problem at the beginning of edgy, then it went away (i think
with a acpi update, but i'm not sure), and in feisty everything is
perfect.
