Hi,
just a brief update.
I uploaded a new rootfs tarball for PA on Nexus7 to:
http://files.kde.org/plasma/active/3.0/images/nexus7/plasma-active-nexus7-devel-mer-latest-2013-04-05.tar.gz
I briefly tested it and it seems to work.
This was completely built from the repositories @merproject.
