I solved the problem by adding another DC on the network. And replicate with the master...

I have a problem on my AD.
At my first try to open AD manager it gives :
"Naming information cannot be located because:The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted."
And then when i try to add an user to my database it gives :
"Windows cannot create the obj
