Just a postscript to say that after trying about a dozen times over 4 days to
vote on the BBC site and getting the Page Not Found message each time, I
decided to try turning off my Norton Personal Firewall just for the minute or
so during which I voted. It worked There are still only 1255
The link to the BBC web page works OK, but then when I try to vote I get the
message 'PAGE NOT FOUND'.
I wonder (a) would this happen if I'd voted 'no' instead of 'yes' and (b) is
this all part of a local government plot?
