TDS Loader

Hello everyone, My TDS machine which was NT ofcourse crashed !!!. I had to install again but somehow when I installed TSM TDS Loader and run it, I get run-time error 7 out of memory. I searched the web looks like some ocx should be deleted or renamed. Does anyone has faced the same problem?

Incremental failure - NFS?

All, Over the weekend I have seen that if an NFS filesystem is not working properly then incremental backups will not work. This happened on 3 AIX 4.3.3 servers which lost some of their NFS mounts, i.e. df command was hanging on them. If I tried to do incrementals but they just sat there doing

Have you tired re-validating the policyset then reactivating it? I have found that after some management class or copy group changes you should re-validate and reactive the policy set to which they reside, then restart the TSM client daemon on your client system(s). --Justin Richard Bleistein

With files that far back, I would use the default that comes with 4.2 and put any mods you had in clients file manually. I think there were a command/statement or two that are no longer used and could cause a problem. Also some new/changed stuff. Don't know all the details of 2.6. David Longo
