Hi All, A customer has got the following problems with a tsm restore of a client. In de gui: data unavailable to server and activity log messages shown below. There seem to be no volumes unavailable and the drives are online. Would increasing the Maximum Mount Points Allowed value help? What

The command script you run for the TDPExchange needs to complete with the correct return code. If you are using the sample, this should be the return code from txpexcc.exe. Some of the TDP sample scripts run this by the start /b command. This will put the command in the background and return right

Also, if you've swapped out the drive with a different one, make sure that the serial number is updated. TSM will not let you use a drive/path with an altered serial number for security reasons until you change that to reflect the new drive. (went through a three-drive-swap recently...) - Mike
