I want make full + diff + log backup of SQL databases from 1 node. I
think , for this I must define 3 schedules with needed specifications. I
can associate these schedules with node or I must define on TSM 3 nodes
and associate 1 schedule with 1 node? How realize this backup strategy

Yes, having 40 slots will require you to purchase the TSM EE license.
Wether or not you use the slots is irrelevant. You are charged for the
size of the library, not the amount of slots you're using.
The license rules are 40 slots or more than 2 drives.

forexample, syslog is written and something like that which might cause
