That is what I am thinking, but however when I reboot the TSM server to a Windows Partition, without TSM, I can view the web page and Telnet on port 1500 1580 and 1521. So maybe it is a Linux configuration, that is restricting access. I am still working on the problem. Thanks for everyone's
