When the same server for the file system as well as the TDP, how do
you go about making sure the TDP is being backed up?
OMRONMAIL1TDP OMRONMAIL1 share the same IP address. I have no problem
backing up the drives in OMRONMAIL1 but when I do a 'q fi' on
OMRONMAIL1TDP it does not show

The SQL and ORACLE agents at least leave distinctive
messages in the ActLog (I think ACO300 is successful SQL
dump). The other TDP should as well.

From your information, you have two drives for perform reclamation
process. Actually you don't need to create a new storage pool for
reclaimation. By default TSM will try to reclaim the data in itself
storage pool by consider the reclaim threshole.
