Have a look at the summary_extended table. The instance name may be in the
sub_entity field.

If you are talking about tdp backup then each instance should be visible as
filespace name eg in "query fi" or "query occ".

Check your spam/junk folder. That is most common problem. Also, if you
know who your postmaster is, check with them to see if a network spam
filter might be catching it.
