Final syntax of batch file was as follows:
dsmc restore backupset f:\* e:\rcip-f\

-asnode=rcipserver >> restore-f.log

It's a safety mechanism I believe. You can use decommission vm to
"decommission" a filespace, if you use that the data in the filespace will
expire using policy setting on the replica as well.
There is no way to actually delete data on the replication target with a
delete filespace on the source.
