Hi Johan, You should make sure that the STK9710 is not also set to clean the drives. I have experienced several failing dismounts from the DLT7000's for cleaningtapes - and others. Most of them are caused by mehanical failures. I use cleanfrequency 'asneeded'. Regards, Carsten Moldrup
