I am having some problems with the LAN Free backups.
Server is 5.1.1 (AIX 4.3.3), client is 5.1.1 , and
Storage Agent 5.1.1.

I have several storage pools in my environment and I would like to consolidate
them all into one storage pool (same dev type). My question is , is there any
easy way to do this or do I have to do a "move data $volume stg=newstgpool" for
each volume of every storage pool? I guess I could write a sc
How do I stop the expire inventory from starting automatically when I bring up
my TSM server? The only doc I could find on this is to set EXPINTERVAL 0 in the
options file but it doesn't say that this will stop it from starting when the
TSM Server is coming up. Anyone know?

work when I invoke the backup through the command line and wont work when
invoked by the scheduler? Any help would be appreciated...

Can anyone help me out what the dsm.opt file and dsmsta.opt file should look
like for the LANFREE setup in a Windows Environment? Also, is namedpipes better
then TCPIP in this situation and if so how do you set this up in the options
files? Thanks.

but TSM1 server uses one port and server TSM2 uses another port. I have clients

On one of my AIX boxes I have the below filesystem, which you can see with the
df command
/dev/dbrlv1 8781824 3819800 57% 329 1% /dbr/appl
/dev/dbjlva1 4096000298928 93% 142 1% /prod/dbms/emlogs
/dev/dbjlva3 2449408284400 89% 5483 2% /ist/db
Try taking out the * in the second level and putting in the true name (i.e
support)
