Regardless of FULL database backup or INCR database backup, there should be
at least two files.
One is for the database itself. The other is the recovery logs.

If you have TSM SAN Discovery turned on AND you have used cfgmgr AND you
still have the ANR8963E, you should report this problem.
We can get a TSM server trace when TSM tries to mount the tape to see what
is going on.
The trace for TSM:
trace enable PVR MMS NA

This is not TSM SAN Discovery problem. This is more of a IBM tape driver
issue. Did you have to re-install the IBM tape device driver for some of
the device each time after reboot? Did you have this problem before or
only with device driver 6.2.0.1?
