Had to do this last year.
Restore DIRS from B/U client.
Restore DB Partitions from API client.
Restore DB LOGS and append.
No problems.
Your comand looks like your trying to restore the TSM DB.. ? .. ?

This is the current state of the database (db2 get db cfg for tmd)
