Erwann,
We have identified a work around for this issue. Restart the OC server and
run custom reports FIRST before any of the General reports are scheduled.
Run at least one custom report before any other report until you restart
OC again.

I'm currently trying to use the new Operations Center Enhanced Reporting
feature.
TSM Server is 7.1.4.000, OC is 7.1.4.100. Similar tests have been made on AIX,
Linux and Windows platforms.
