Is there any way to force reinstall of DB2 for TSM 6.3.4 on AIX? Running the
install.bin doesn't seem to reinstall it on the system.

Is ESE, CLIENT, and RTCL required?

You can do it outside of the standard TSM installer, by navigating to
extract directory/COI
