TSM 5.3.2.3 server
TSM 5.3.2.0 client on redhat linux
I start the dsmcad process with the rc.d script from the technote. The
problem is that the schedule only works once. After the backup is
finished the client scheduler stops but never gets called again,

could it be, that there ist a firewall on the client?
when if so, then you have to assign a TCP/IP-port for
dsmcad for example port number 2100,
in dsm.sys you have to add
WEBPORTS 2100 0
and in the firewall you have to open the port 2100
