With 57,000 1M (not 1G) log files, it will take a while to run.
This indicates that you have done some heavy migrations or that
you have not run a backup for a long time (or ever).
When circular logging is off, it is imperative that you run

Both listings stop after reaching barely a 1/4 into the directory COHQ/OFFILES

TSM will monitor the usage of the archive log file system (please make sure
it's a file system/Windows drive, not just a directory in some file system). If
you find that there are frequent database backups triggered, you might want to
make the file system/Windows drive bigger. There is an
