tsm server restore

Attempting to restore server via TSM physical to VM, have done this many times successfully. Our last attempt though has failed, and we get BSOD. Not sure why this server is acting differently. BSOD happens so fast that we can't capture screen. Any suggestions Thanks, Tim Brown Supervisor
