blocksize of TSM mt0 device on AIX

hi, I wonder how the blocksize of the mt devices could affect the performance of the backups. lsattr -El mt0 currently shows a value of 1024. Did anybody play with this? I did not find anything about it on the web. Any idea about the maximum settable value? thanxs Claudia
