I think you need to update the IBM Install Manager, and after it is
installed and restarted, you will be able to see the other packages.

I have 2 servers, Windows 2008R2 currently running V6.3.4 TSM Server.
On one of them when I start the V7.1.1 install the IBM Installer lists all
the TSM packages to select from. On the other server it will not list
those packages. Only the IBM Installer package. It's the same V7.1.1 .exe

When you install Tivoli Storage Manager by using console mode, you will
notice that each offering has a number next to it. If you type in that
number, it will select or unselect the offering.

Thank you for rescuing me. I'll try that soon. It may be too late for this
