Apparently some of the manuals are on the quick start CD that comes when
you order the media. It includes the various servers installation guides
and the clients installation and user guides. It is missing the various
Admin guides and references.

Actually, around here, no they won't.
They've refused me several times, saying that it is copyrighted material, and
therefore they cannot print/bind it.
Pretty annoying.

They will print from the pdf for you, double sided, B White or color,
prepunched.

To Roger's point, I have yet to figure out how to highlight, annotate,
and/or add post-it type notes to a pdf. I usually end up printing
subsets and scribbling all over them. If I can grab the text and do a
copy/paste, I'll go that route.
