This is because the ADT developers changed the feature IDs for the ADT
plugin for they broke Eclipse's ability to automatically update these
features.
You can manually update by going to:
1. Help -> Install New Software...
2. Select the ADT p2 repo from the Work with: drop down (or just
copy-a
