Google Ads Basic Access

that there are so many requests for this and people have heard nothing. Can you please explain why this is taking so long to approve these requests? I don't have a case ID from the compliance team, I've heard nothing from them. My MCC is 326-488-9352 Many Thanks, James Cottrill
