I have the exact same thing. Not received any case id and no response on
contact forms. Just standard messages. Maybe the form is broken or
something else is going on...?
Also waiting for a month now..

Hello guys,
We also applied several weeks ago and still didn't heard back.
Account ID is 750-150-2746
I tried to reach support regarding the case but it's still silent. I
didn't even get any ticket ID or emails.
We're already live and we need Basic Access ASAP.
Please help!
