We had the same problem that time, and since last Sunday we got those
errors again. One difference though, it happens on existing campaigns.
Error occurs when creating a new group in an existing campaign
(AdGroupService v200909)

There are still these 3 columns for Max CPC when I look at a campaign:
- Default Max. CPC
- Managed Placements Max. CPC
- Display Network Max. CPC
The problem is apparently being generated by trying to set the second one.
