I created a MCC account with email x...@gmail.com and after adding my
billing information and so, I finally can see my Adwords API token.
However, I want to do some test so I went ahead and try to create a Test
Account. However, it keeps saying that I already have an Adwords account
with that

Developer token doesn't determine what account the call is made against,
the credentials (OAuth headers / ClientLogin token) does. So if you use the
token from x...@gmail.com to make calls to y...@gmail.com, the data is going to
come from / pushed to y...@gmail.com.
