Hi Abhishek, Based from your screenshot, it seems that your issue is more related to the Google Merchant Center than anything specific to the AdWords API. It would be best that you raise your concern with the Google Merchant Center team via their Contact Us options <https://support.google.com/merchants#topic=7259123&contact=1> as we only provide support to AdWords API related concerns.
