Yes, you should still see data for this campaign returned as long as it was not
deleted/removed. By default, only paused and enabled entities will return. But
you can specify if you also want removed entities included in your report.

Yes, the only fields you can include in your report body are the ones
listed in the report definition link you provided. Like you said, you can
