Hello Freda, We understand your concern. There are no recent changes made to the Universal App campaigns reporting. It has been like this for quite some time. The Geo Performance Report is not one of the supported report types for Universal App Campaigns. I generated a report with the below

Hi Freda, Thank you for reaching out. It looks like for the specified date the locations are only targeting Universal App Campaigns in the account which do not support Geo Performance Report. Please refer to this documentation for additional information on Universal App Campaigns Reporting.
