To investigate the issue and to address it, could you provide the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on the backend of your website for the issue below? "However the account owned by a different person (not linked to my own Google Ads account at all) cannot link their account. It seems the refresh token I'm getting only gives me access to my own Google Ads accounts, not to other people's Google Ads accounts." You can provide it via Reply privately to author option.
