Currently, the segments.get_target_country is not selectable when
generating a Campaign
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/fields/campaign> report.
The only ones available are those contained under the Campaign's segments
dropdown. For now, you may follow our blog
<https://ads-developers.googleblog.com/> for updates.
As for generating a report using the Google Ads API, you can refer to this
guide
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/reporting/overview> and
to these sample codes
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/reporting/example>. I
