The test manager account will be separate from production manager account
(where you developer token is located). Here is the form to create a test
manager account.

Thank you for reaching out. Any link you copied from your account wouldn’t work
for others. In most cases, if you don’t abuse the power to create too many
unmaintained production accounts then these accounts would not be suspended by
Google.

find the test client account under that manager. However, as this forum is

accounts so you could fully use the CrmBasedUserList for creating audiences.

requirement for using AdWords API. You can use the developerToken from your
production account and the credentials of your test account to make API
calls to the test account.

I believe the issue you're facing is that you're trying to use the
developer token from your test mcc. You need to use the developer token for
an authorized mcc.
