When a link does expire the expected result is a 404. If I remember
correctly, you're getGzipReportDownloadUrl() request was made just a
few seconds prior, so I don't think a normal expiration was the
issue. I'd recommend retrying the download URL after a few seconds
and see if that

I'm not seeing anything unusual in the log files, so it could just be
a hiccup in the system. If you see the frequency of these error
increase please let us know.

But I wonder if the error is on my side. What happens when the URL
expires? Will that URL lead to a 404 page (not found) or something
