What is the best time to download YESTERDAY report?

Hi everybody, I need to get SEARCH_QUERY_PERFORMANCE_REPORT report every day. I use YESTERDAY date range type. And I need to get it as soon as possible. There is GMT+2 timezone set in our AdWords account settings. I made a script to get the report every 30 minutes: 11:00:04 PM - Report lines count
