Good morning everyone, I have a question regarding an error that is returned to me from the Adwords API. This error is BID_INCOMPATIBLE_WITH_ADGROUP ... When I bring all the campaigns of a customer who has bid as the CPA, and make any changes in the level of words to send to ADWORDS, this error persists. What could be?! I will wait for a return ... Hi, You need to ensure the clientId field (clientEmail header) references an AdWords account, instead of an MCC account. You are currently using an MCC account, which cannot contain any campaigns. Hi, You can omit the ad group level default bids if you wish, but they will be automatically set to a default value when the first criteria is added. If a criteria level bid is present then it will always be used in place of the ad group level default bid. Only the keywordMaxCpc field is used in the SEARCH_NETWORK. Hi, I'm a starter and want to develop a client side application to fetch data like Monthly Search Volume and CPC for the keyword I pass. I'm using the API available for that (.Net). I've gone through the sample examples provided in the API, but I got confused as why all the types of the web service v201008 are used in the GetTrafficEstimate class file? Hi Trevor, Unfortunately v2010 ad performance reports do not have a field that allows you to get the image URL. I'll bring this up with the core engineering team and see if that data can be added in. In the mean time that data is only available via the AdGroupAdService. There is currently a problem in one of the backend systems that is affecting some accounts. The core engineering team is working hard to resolve the issue, but at this time I don't know when the work will be complete. There is no work around for this error. Operation count limits
Hi, everybody! We started running into SizeLimitError when running the DELETE operation on the AdGroupCriterionService. It would be helpful to see these limits documented. Another documentation issue, is that I still don't see what the date formats are anywhere in the docs. This page: http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reference/latest/ReportDefinitionService.Selector.html#dateRange gives min and max in MMdd format. I also vaguely recall, that I've seen MMdd hhmm mentioned. Clarification on this would be great. Thanks.
