Re: Questions about BudgetOrderService

2012-07-26 Thread Alexander Nitschke
I can't really confirm the part about the date syntax. It still works only
for me with the Los Angeles timezone. Other timezones (or not specified
timezone) lead to exceptions (as I wrote in another post - I got directed
to this thread but must say that there's no helpful answer to this problem
here, other than stating how it SHOULD be, which confirms this as a bug for
me).

 - The date syntax is MMdd HHmmss ZZ as specified by the Joda
 ISODateTimeFormat class following the ISO-8601 standard. Also a date time
 with no timezone can be specified, in which case it will take the timezone
 of the effective account.

Adwords campaigns dependent on the weather

2012-07-26 Thread r scholten
Expensive adwords campaigns with little turnover without active guidance will
be launched cost many dollars. That could be more efficient. My proposal is
to develop an algorithm based on historical data and google analytics own
sales data, set against such a time + temperature + rainfall + extra
parameters. These external parameters (time + temperature + rainfall + xxx)
you can read external info sites. This would be a start can be made to
develop effective campaigns.

Question: does anyone know from which sites national (Dutch) weather
information could retrieve from. Preferably using a linux crontab so the
information remains up.
These are namely the missing factors in the current view.

Note: It may be that you have better ideas on this subject. I love me like
recommended.

 I just made a brand new account, but have the same result with zeros :

 My code:

 $user = new AdWordsUser(null, $username, $password, $developerToken);
 $user-SetDefaultServer(https://adwords-sandbox.google.com/;);
 $user-SetClientId(null);

 $campaignService = $user-GetService('CampaignService', 'v201109_1');

 $selector = new Selector();
 $selector-fields = array('Id', 'Name');
 $selector-ordering[] = new OrderBy('Name', 'ASCENDING');
  // Create paging controls.
 $selector-paging = new Paging(0,
 AdWordsConstants::RECOMMENDED_PAGE_SIZE);
  do {
 // Make the get request.
 $page = $campaignService-get($selector);
  // Display results.
 if (isset($page-entries)) {
 foreach ($page-entries as $campaign) {
 printf(Campaign with name '%s' and id '%s' was found.\n,
 $campaign-name, $campaign-id);
 }
 } else {
 print No campaigns were found.\n;
 }
  // Advance the paging index.
 $selector-paging-startIndex += AdWordsConstants::RECOMMENDED_PAGE_SIZE;
 } while ($page-totalNumEntries  $selector-paging-startIndex);

  $campaignService = $user-GetService('CampaignService', 'v201109');
$customerSyncService = $user-GetService('CustomerSyncService',
 'v201109');

$accountService = $user-GetService(ServicedAccountService,
 'v201109');
 $selector = new ServicedAccountSelector();
 $page = $accountService-get($selector);

 echo PRE;
 print_r($page);
  foreach ($page-accounts as $account) {
 print Customer ID: {$account-customerId}\n;
 }

 Resulting in:

 No campaigns were found.

 ServicedAccountGraph Object
 (
 [accounts] = Array

 [0] = Account Object
 (
 [customerId] = 0
 [login] = client_1+testapisand...@gmail.com

 (
 [customerId] = 0
 [login] = client_2+testapisand...@gmail.com

 [companyName] =

 Am I in the wrong ?
