Defaults not retrieving all data

Hi, I recently found out that the default for the AdGroupAd service is *not* retrieving all the data. If I want it all it seems I have to request disabled (and paused?) ads explicitly. I want to get all the data (deleted, disabled, etc, etc) from all the services. - Which are the other
