When using the AdGroupAdService, you can set the policy_validation_parameter to
submit an ad reviews.

Hi,
I just started with Google Ads API (currently using testing account) and I
upload product campaigns and to each product I add it's manufacturer number
(for example 530398800) to headings and descriptions. But this number is
always marked with error "PROHIBITED : Phone number in ad text".
