As you have stated, the account 677-390-5764 is a MCC account and
235-894-7710 is a non-manager account. To get a list of BillingAccounts
that client 235-894-7710 can use, you will need to call
getBillingAccounts() by authenticating as MCC id: 677-390-5764. Please
refer to this

235-894-7710 - Ads user - i have to get balance from it and receive an
error. (prepaid)
677-390-5764 - MCC user - if i get balance for it - it's fine and correct.
They are on the same account.
