To pull campaign metrics from Geo Performance Report

will return all the stats aggregated at the country/territory level, one 
row per country/territory. Also, please note that if you're trying to pull 
stats for the Universal App campaigns, Geo Performance report is currently 
not supported to pull metrics for these campaigns. You may refer to this

We have some campaigns running for a few months and we are able to query 
these campaigns' performance in CAMPAIGN_LOCATION_TARGET_REPORT. However, 
it doesn't return anything when we tried with GEO_PERFORMANCE_REPORT.
