Hi Nick, To better look into the issue, could you provide the complete SOAP request and response logs? If you haven't enabled logging yet, you can refer to this guide in PHP as to how.
If the SOAP request and response logs are not available, could you provide the generated request ID instead? You may send your reply using the Reply privately to author option.
