Hi Diogo,

You can refer to our Migration guide for services, for the Google Ads API 
services that you can use to estimate traffic. Also, the said services should 
provide estimates for all keywords, however, they will not generate those 
estimates specifically for in-market and audience affinity.

The services would return estimates on how those keywords generally performs 
regardless where they were/would be used.
