Linking Adwords clients to MCC account using APIs.

I want to send invite link to the client using AdWords API in PHP. I have a custom web form which asks a user to enter details like name, email, customerID. And I want to send an invite to that user for linking to my MCC account. Is it possible? If yes, please provide me the detail how its done
