Calculate CPC

Hey Everyone, Can you suggest how to calculate CPC. In this sample <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/php/optimization#get-keyword-ideas> it shows a long value i.e 770785 or 269730. But the sites like ubersuggest <https://neilpatel.com/ubersuggest/> shows well ca
