Re: ImageError.INVALID_IMAGE

2020-01-13 Thread Bonge LaBwana
Hi,

I solved the problem by myself,

now I am able to add display add with images, logo and text,

But I need also to upload a video to display ad,

is it possible to upload a video to display ads by using AdWords API? if
yes can you please provide me a working example?

Thanks
Bonge

ImageError.INVALID_IMAGE Question

2013-07-18 Thread Herb Brittner
I have a question about uploading image ads. We are uploading images that
are well under the new file size limit of 150KB and of valid dimensions
that are coming back with an ImageError.INVALID_IMAGE error. The offending
ads are really just bigger, higher quality versions of ads we already have
running. Here's the list of file dimensions and sizes:

160x600 jpg - 126 KB
300x250 jpg - 96 KB
728x90 jpg - 103 KB
336x280 jpg - 130 KB

The error isn't telling us a lot about what's actually wrong with the
image, but it doesn't say the file size is too big or the dimensions are
wrong. Any ideas? If you need more information I can gladly provide it.

Thanks,
Herb Brittner

Re: ImageError.INVALID_IMAGE Question

2013-07-18 Thread Oliver
I know the documentation says 150KB but we can't even upload images of this
size in the Adwords Editor or the web interface. I think the old limit of
50KB still applies for many images.

Re: ImageError.INVALID_IMAGE Question

2013-07-18 Thread Herb Brittner
Actually, I'm sorry to admit, but the error was on my side. We are able to
upload anything under the 150KB limit through the API without issue.

Sorry for the false alarm!

AdWords API Re: ImageError.INVALID_IMAGE while publishing .SWF

2010-03-23 Thread AdWords API Advisor
Hi,

I talked to the core engineering team, and they said only SWF files
are not allowed for ImageAds in the sandbox. All other supported
image formats are allowed in the Sandbox.

Best,
- Eric
