Ray, I know this is old, but I cannot find the other thread you're referring to. Is it possible to manually input a credit card for a manager account, and then assign it to its managed accounts (either automatically or via api call/upon creation)? Thanks! To my understanding, it should still be able to bill directly to the MCC's billing method in this case.
