I’m guessing they dont swap individual dead drives. I’d bet that they'd mark the drive with the issue offline until enough in the chassis are offline for the server to be physically replaced. Otherwise it’d seem it’d be too much work doing individual drives all day every day. We had a Mozy/EMC/
